About Savita
Savita Jain is a multi-talented individual who has dedicated herself to the community through many volunteer activities locally, nationally, and internationally. Nationally, Savita is Director of Public Relations and Media with Federation Jain Association in North America, also known as JAINA, which is an association of more 150,000 Jains across North America. Savita has hosted many international religious and non-profit events, including most recently the JAINA 2021 International Convention.
Savita is extremely active in the Indian community hosting events, teaching Indian culture through singing and dancing, or giving religious teachings through her Jain classes. With her melodious voice, she's won over several Indian hearts across the nation. Her husband Rahul and herself are the co chairs of Akshaya Patra for the DC/MD/VA Chapter.
Savita lives with her husband and two beautiful children in Clarskville MD. She is an anchor, dancer, choreographer, a motivational speaker, a 7-time gold medalist from Amravati University in India, and holds Visharad in Hindi.
And because she has a great sense of humor, her husband calls her Marvelous Mrs. Jain, dubbed after Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
Fun Fact: Savita coined the phrase "Dreams to Reality" during the New Temple Gala and that has stuck.
